CATR’s work centers on trap-neuter-return for community cats and practical coordination for pet cats. The goal is to create a plan and schedule that works for the individual situation while improving long-term outcomes for cats and neighborhoods.

CATR may also assist with kitten fostering, socialization and rehabilitation, administering prescribed medication, transportation to veterinary care, trapping support and colony management.

CATR works alongside local people, volunteers and partner organizations, including Paw Prints in Dawson County.
